Platinum Noir Media LLC operating NessaNoir.com provides access to digital content and membership services. Access to member content is generally granted immediately after a successful purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Because digital content is made available immediately after purchase, membership purchases are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a technical problem that prevented access, or believe there has been unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible with:

Cancellations

If your membership renews automatically, you may cancel future renewals at any time through your account (if available) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not typically result in a refund for the current billing period, unless required by law.
